How to register — read this first

1. Verify your emailSend yourself a code and enter it. Your login details are emailed to this address, so use one you can open. The verify box turns green once it's done.
2. Choose your roleResearcher = a self-service research account. Teaching & research = you also teach. Administrator = HEI management staff, with no research record.
3. Pick where you actually work or studySelect your university, institute, or employer — type in the search box to find it fast. Choose a ministry or agency only if it employs you, not the university you teach at. If you teach at a university but are employed elsewhere, tick the visiting / external box that appears.
4. Fill in your detailsName in English and Khmer, gender, highest degree, and specialization. Adding your ORCID or National ID helps us avoid duplicate records.
5. Submit and wait for approvalYour request goes to the nearest approver (department, program, or HEI admin). Once approved, you'll receive an email with your login credentials.

Can't find your university or institute? New institutions are added only by DRI/MoEYS — email chhinh.nyda@moeys.gov.kh to request it, rather than choosing another organisation.
